Accommodation
KongresKompagniet (Conference Secretariat) has made preliminary hotel accommodations in different categories in the city centre of Aarhus. To obtain the special conference prices, reservations must be made through KongresKompagniet via the online link that will be available as of beginning November 2018 via the webpage Registration.
Please note that conference participants are expected to pay their stay directly to the hotel.
The hotels are booked on a first-come first-served basis.

CABINN Aarhus Hotel
In the heart of Aarhus near the Cathedral and Aarhus River.CABINN Aarhus Hotel is one of the city’s best-situated hotels – near the Cathedral, the theatre and the atmospheric Latin Quarter with its cobbled streets. The hotel is just a short walk to the many shops on the pedestrian street and the lively cafés along Aarhus River, which winds through the old market town.

- The hotel was built in 2001 and has been extended in 2015 to 401 rooms.
- All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, telephone, TV and electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee.
- There is free Wi-Fi with a speed of up to 100 MB all over the hotel.
- In the lobby you will find one guest computer with Internet access, which you may use free of charge.
- The reception desk is open 24 hours a day all year round, and sells beverages, sandwiches, fruit and snacks.
- The breakfast café is open 7-10 am on weekdays and 8-10 am on weekends.
- There is paid parking available (DKK 100/24 hours). However, please note that parking is limited and it is not possible to reserve a space.
- There is elevator access to all floors, including the basement carpark.
- Smoking is not permitted in the indoor common areas.
- The room/rooms is/are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 11 am on the day of departure.
Scandic Aarhus City
Modern hotel in the heart of Aarhus close to shopping, attractions and transportation.Contemporary hotel in the heart of Aarhus, decorated in a Scandinavian style. You won’t find a place closer to the centre of Aarhus and its many shopping opportunities, cosy cafés and restaurants, as well as sights and attractions, such as Den Gamle By (The Old Town) and ARoS. Scandic Aarhus City is located in Ostergade, and right outside our hotel you'll find 'Strøget', the pedestrian street of Aarhus. Aarhus train station and bus station are just a short distance from the hotel. There are solar panels on the roof that supply the hotel with 90% of the electricity used in their rooms. In summer, the hotel recommends their homemade honey at the buffet breakfast which comes from bee hives located up their roof.
