Registration
Registration for the LuWQ2019 conference takes place through a dedicated online link to the conference secretariat KongresKompaniet. You can use this link:
- To register for the conference and pay the registration fee. This includes refreshments (coffee breaks) and lunches on the four conference days (Monday through Thursday, 3-6 June 2019), the Welcome / Icebreaker (Sunday, June 2, 2019) and the Conference Dinner (Monday, June 3, 2019);
- Optionally, to register an accompanying person and pay the accompanying person fee. This includes Welcome / Icebreaker (Sunday, June 2, 2019) and the Conference Dinner (Monday, June 3, 2019);
- Optionally, to reserve accommodation in one of the hotels offered by conference secretariat. However, please note that you will have to pay the hotel directly
The registration comprises the following steps:
In connection with your registration you will be asked to give your consent for the General Data Protection Regulation, which was implemented in EU on the 25th of May 2018.
You will be able to select the relevant registration fee (early fee, late fee).
You can select whether you require hotel accommodation and if so, it will be possible for you to choose between several hotels and room types (subject to availability).
Once you have made your selections, the next step will be to fill in your contact information. A summery page will provide an overview.
2. Choose any of the payment methods
On the Payment section you can chose the method of payment you require. The options are:
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex). Surcharges may be applied by your bank. If you select a credit card you will proceed directly to a secure online payment page.
- Dankort (payment card only available in Denmark). If you select Dankort you will proceed directly to a secure online payment page.
- EAN invoice (only available for Danish Governmental institutions). For EAN invoice please provide 13-digit EAN number and user ID.
- Invoice for bank transfers payment. Please provide the invoice address.

The Conference Secretariat collects the registration fees on behalf of the principle LuWQ2019 organising institution:

Danish VAT is applicable on all conference registration fees (also on hotel accommodation). Please note that all registration fees listed elsewhere on the conference website already include the VAT.
3. Payment of the conference fee
Your registration is complete when the payment of registration fee has been received. Regardless of your method of payment, in view of the deadline of end of 15 February 2019 (23:59 CET) for early fee registration, it is required that the payment of early fee is received on the conference bank account on 15 February 2019 + 8 days at the latest. Otherwise the late fee applies automatically.
IMPORTANT – Please register and pay the fee by end Sunday 26 May 2019
The possibility to register at the Late registration fee will be closed end of Sunday 26 May 2019 (CET). If you do not make this deadline you can register and pay the fee after your arrival onsite at the LuWQ2019 registration desk. However, unfortunately in that case: It will no more be possible to add your name to the List of Participants.
INFORMATION for those whose work was accepted for ORAL or POSTER PRESENTATION.
Please note the deadline of end Thursday 16 May 2019. The payment of your fee should be received by end Thursday 16 May 2019, otherwise your presentation will be omitted both from the Conference Programme and from the Volume of Abstracs. For details refer to webpage 'Important Dates'.
4. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail
